In Enschede NL a new FabLab Enschede is opened in april 2011. It's located at Saxion Hogeschool and part of the center for design and technology.
A lasercutter (Trotec speedy 300, 60W) and a 3D printer (Dimension 1200, ABS extrusion printing ) are now available at very generous prices. A CNC metal lathe and metal router will will available soon.
