Event Description

Finite element analysis (FEA) is often used in the initial design stages of components for industrial machinery. By simulating different stress analyses, an engineer or designer can look for ways in which performance can be improved. In this webinar, the application engineer David Short will explain how FEA and SimScale can be used for stress analyses such as non-linear stress analysis, contact stress, and thermal stress analysis and demonstrate how to simulate a component to identify how its design may be optimized.
