FABRICATION & 3D PRINTING Continuing Ed Course - Open to All

City Tech is excited to offer an evening course in 3D printing open to students and professionals alike. The course will run from 6pm to 9pm on Tuesday nights for 9 sessions, starting October 1st and running through November 26th. Mikyoung Kim’s “breathing” sculpture for a North Carolina plaza.

For a public plaza in downtown Chapel Hill, North Carolina, landscape architect Mikyoung Kim designed a unique sculptural installation that doubles as a stormwater management system. The 70-foot linear form is centrally located to engage the town’s residents with a looped, 10-minute light show.
