Engage as consultants to redesign the digital manufacturing area, we took into account the actual parameters of space, material and constructability. We developed a process for rectification and optimization of the surface to ensure continuity thereof. We also elaborated a parametric model in Rhinoceros + Grasshopper to automate the segmentation processes of the surface, part identification, binding tests, and anchoring systems and structural supports. All within an environment that gives us the ability to adjust the parameters, allowed us to fabricate and install the project in record time (4 months).

It is an achievement to work the design, manufacture and installation of the part simultaneously, no doubt a tangible digital manufacturing methodologies offer endless possibility of translating digital forms in building elements and complex assemblies.
