Sweet! Looks like a 5 axis job to me. How did you generate the toolpath? Did you do the programming in Rhino?

I'm looking the XPS in mexico and the maximun is 101 mm I will talk with the factory to see if they can make block for this special machine I'm looking zises by 2400x1200x1200 mm

We can machine all this area on us machine, in USA we can find this materials but the prices are not for Latinamerica Market

Hi Eliuth,
I find it easier to get a good result when milling in XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) than the EPS I've been using for the cloud. The problem with EPS is that the small spheres that it consists of tend to get ripped out rather than cut. To avoid it on the finishing passes I run a very slow feed rate. XPS is more homogenous. I chose the EPS for non color and large size (2400x1200x300mm).

We are Manufacturing a 4 Rotary axis CNC Router you can see in my pictures also I have too 3 axis machines and 4 axial axis Router

I'm using MadCam to do my 3D carves

Hi! It's purely decortion for our stand at the industrial fair in Oslo. We want to show people what we do, and the possibilities of Rhino, TSplines, Grasshopper.

Thank we been looking for this kind of materials we know a guys in Monterrey, Mexico but this doestn have a good quality
