Hi Eliuth,
I find it easier to get a good result when milling in XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) than the EPS I've been using for the cloud. The problem with EPS is that the small spheres that it consists of tend to get ripped out rather than cut. To avoid it on the finishing passes I run a very slow feed rate. XPS is more homogenous. I chose the EPS for non color and large size (2400x1200x300mm).
This machine is brand new The plan is sell around the world Right know I have some Orders to Mexico and possible in Colombia with FABLAB medellin where are you from Fredrik?
Eliuth
The machine looks awsome. Do you plan to sell it in Europe?
Carlos
