Using grasshopper in Rhino: Random Points, spheres with varying diameters and boolean difference from a box. Let me know if you need any additional info.

je suis curieux de savoir comment vous avez fais cette effet car je suis en trien de faire un coffret à bijoux et j'essaye de réaliser ce type de texture .
