Wede. you are correct in its comments. in this case this is not problem. the radius of the tool is very small. 2mm. plywood  is soft of 4mm. with a small pressure it adjusts.

I'm asking, the finger joints are CNC cut correct, how do compensate for tool radius.

do you square all joints manually. Lamina has control over finger size but, all inside corners would would have tool radius. not sure what I really see here.
