sorry for the late reply.

sure I can dig up some pics, the clue is two part epoxy (aircraft rated) and vacuum bags

I didn't CNC the prop just help with the blank for it. it was done on large 5 axis machine.

the test prop was way smaller but still 5 axis.

What glue did you use for wooden part..???epoxy or resorcine...???

prop cnc work is very interesting....did you use rhinophoto for scan it....???Possible to see some picts here..???
