This the Keeland Fab Lab at University of Houston College of Architecture. Our students were building a 1/4 scale prototype of the New Harmony Grotto. We are currently building it full scale in its entirety in the space and will then break it down into movable sections to its site nearby. That's 16gauge st. stl. in this photo. The full scale is composed of 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4" plate based on FEA stress analysis. The parts were cut with a laser at one of our local fabricators. All forming and welding will be done out of our shop. Prototyping was done in-house with lasers and 3d printing.

This is what I would call "The Real Rhino Fab Lab", please, can you tell us more about the material that you are using?
Thanks a lot of these photos!
