The College of Design's Digital Fabrication Lab is a state-of-the-art digital prototyping and fabrication facility which provides digital tools that allow students to practice and explore iterative design thinking, the heart of design education.  From conceptual explorations to hands-on prototyping, the Lab expands design thinking and design making in the College.

    The College of Design at the University of Minnesota is pleased to announce the inaugural CDES RhinoFabLab workshop.

    Andres Gonzales of McNeel Miami and RhinoFabLab will be leading a Rhino Level 1 Workshop August 21-23, 8am-5pm.
    The CDES RhinoFabLab is a 2011 CDES Initiative aimed at partnering with McNeel Software to offer non-credit workshops featuring Rhino3D and it's adjutant software.  The workshops will be open to the the University community and the general public.   There are only 30 seats available for this workshop (10 student, 10 faculty/staff, 10 public) so don't delay.
