SCAD Jewelry

SCAD was founded in 1978. Offering more degree programs and specializations than any other art and design university, SCAD is uniquely qualified to prepare talented students for professional, creative careers. The SCAD Jewelry program prepares students for a variety of careers in industrial, fine art or entrepreneurial settings. Students gain a foundation in traditional jewelry, metalsmithing and silversmithing techniques through a diverse yet detailed curriculum and acquire an understanding of new technologies, concept development, electronic design and rendering, and production methods.
