She should ask Giuseppe Massoni in Rome about it, he's entitled to arrange such trainings over here..

ok, but then McNeel (Europe) trainers should come to Rome from Barcelona: this way Carmen could attend a course here and get the certification without going to Barcelona

What we do is that every time we give a class out side McNeel Miami, we tell the teachers and ARTS about it... This way they do not have to come to Miami. It is the same with our D+O+F, we certified our teachers after they take one off these too.

Yes, I have his email regarding this subject where he says it is mandatory that an ART-wannabe attends a Level II course at McNeel facilities. He says only McNeel staff can authorize a new ART.
Do you have different information?

@ Carmen.
Per diventare docente certificato McNeel per Rhino (ovvero ART, Authorized Rhino Trainer) devi obbligatoriamente frequentare un corso di livello 2 presso la McNeel. I centri di formazione ARTC (Authorized Rhino Training Center) come quello che dirigo a Roma non sono autorizzati a certificare direttamente nuovi istruttori.
Per te che sei in Italia la cosa più semplice è frequentare un corso Rhinoceros Level II a Barcellona presso la McNeel Europe.

non sono insegnante uso rhino per i miei progetti ma ultimamenti vedo che quasi quasi mi piace più stare al pc a disegnare con rhino che tutto il resto del lavoro
così sto pensando di capire come si fa e quanto costa diventare insegnante certificata.

Anybody interested in sharing a Rhinoscript og Grasshopperdefinition, making a simple link between an Audio Waveform and eg. a heightmap?
One of my students need to feed-in a prerecorded sound and convert the amplitudes to a 3D extuded or revolved form and mill that in foam.
Sounds to me as a straightforward task, for someone somewhere, but not me :-)
