Hi All...

About me: I head a small team of skilled fabricators. We design and fabricate, but ultimately 'realize' designs. It's a great joy delivering completed works to our customers.

On tooling, etc.:Thermwood (4 axis) CNC, CNC Lathe, Laser cutting/engraving, Rhino3D (of course!), MOI3D, Solidworks, and custom tool and fixture design to help solve unique problems.

Hi All, some info on RoboFold: we have a CNC router and two robots. We can cut and fold sheet metal, and cut wood, and also provide software development and fabrication consultancy. You can find some of our plugins for Grasshopper on food4rhino, look for KingKong for folding simulation and Godzilla for robot simulation. We have completed projects for individual artists and designers, as well as large projects such as the ARUM sculpture for Zaha Hadid Architects. I run the CNC for our college, currently using the machine for replication of arches for a preservation project, getting into digital fabrication more and more

Hello,

We specialize in CNC fabrication of wood-framed structures.  Most of our buildings are high-end residential projects with a lot of wood (timber frame, post and beam, and panelized walls, etc.) and also architecturally complex and/or high-performance. 

We are a small team but together we have fabrication experience on over 1,000 buildings in 10 countries.  We are based in the Pacific Northwest of the U.S. and British Columbia, Canada. Although we do international projects, most of our projects are currently on the West Coast of North America.  I am interested in connecting with others interested in CNC fabrication.
