Custom Shoe Design & Fabrication

I am starting a custom shoe company in the true bespoke tradition, made to order shoes.  I am more of a designer businessman than a computer CAD/CAM operator and I would appreciate your advice!

I would like to get recommendations from people with experience, on the types of software, scanners and CNC or other fabrication equipment I should be looking at for the production of the following:

- Lasts or shoe molds, based on client foot scans and then modified based on the various designs available, i.e. square toe, round toe, boot toe, etc.)

- Orthotic insoles

- Soles (cut from rubber, foam, etc.)
