best rendering software_rhino for mac user

hello 

i'm an architecture student in Milan and i'v been working with rhino for mac for 3 years now.

i never worked with any other 3d software

i never worked with any rendering software

i use the rhino options when it comes to rendering and i'm not satisfied from the result  

i want a recommendation for a rendering software which i can import my layered rhino model and add new materials, work with the lights and shades and produce quality render images.  

THE SOFTWARE HAS TO BE COMPATIBLE WITH A MAC BOOK PRO - MY COMPUTER.
