Event Description

SKIN asks designers and researchers to speculate, or if they so choose - to present existing research - on the role of the building envelope by exploring new methods to enable the performative and aesthetic qualities of a façade.

We are partnering again with ACADIA to host the exhibition of first round short-listed projects to be judged at the upcoming Adaptive Architecture this October in Toronto.

The deadline for entries is June 30, 2013.

We are happy to introduce the jury for the first round phase that will select four proposals to be funded for further prototyping and be installed in Canada.
