RoundTable Architecture 4.0

This Roundtable discusses the impact of upcoming trends and developments on the architectural sector.

The focus here is on:

- new form-finding methods (e.g. Generative Design)

- new building materials (infra light cement, fibre concrete)

- new production methods (such as 3D-printing)

- new production paradigmas (e.g. mass customization, Industry 4.0) 

Taken together they form basis for a discruptive change in architecture in the upcoming years.

In this round table we well present different examples from around the world, and we will discuss the possible impact on future designs, construction costs and business models.
