This workshop will give students a functional understanding of Grasshopper and Parametric design. This will allow them to build on this understanding into more advanced projects of their own including design optimization, and creating their models on a laser machine..
NOTE: Rhino Level 1 training is required to be able to take this training.
Since we have three full days of the workshop, it has been decided that sessions will be divided into 4 blocks of two hours for each day. Whereby, we will have 12 full blocks for GH.
Workshop hours run from: 10am – 12pm / 1pm – 6/7pm (with a one hour lunch break between 12pm – 1pm)
Workshop sessions: (A) 10am – 12pm / (B) 1pm – 3pm / (C) 3pm – 5pm / (D) 5pm – 7pm
Please communicate with your professors that you have the option to attend sessions of which interest you; however, the only mandatory session is the first session of the first day, which you will be introduced to the basics of Grasshopper.
