Event Description

SAV Systems are leaders in low carbon technologies and energy efficient heating systems. They partner with Danish technology firms to draw on their decades of experience to optimize what they do in the UK. This often puts them ahead of the curve.

The marketplace for school ventilation in the UK has recently grown due to the release of BB 101: Ventilation, thermal comfort, and indoor air quality. This means that companies need to understand how their designs perform before installation.

In this collaborative webinar, SAV Systems and SimScale will explain how to evaluate the airflow and temperature distribution in a classroom by running a convective heat transfer simulation within SimScale.

The webinar will cover:

  • The goals of testing SAV Systems’ AirMaster (decentralized MVHR unit) which they are primarily supplying to schools
  • How they modeled a draught-free classroom
  • Temperature distribution within the room

By registering, you will also receive a link to a public SimScale project that you can follow along with, and copy for your own ventilation and thermal comfort simulation projects!

There is no prior knowledge or software required to join this webinar. All participants will get free access to SimScale with all the required simulation features. If you can’t attend the live sessions, we would still encourage you to register in order to receive the recording.
