 s’ city border with the river Plate is an unexplored opportunity. Th
 is two-week workshop will develop dynamic design strategies for the ci
 ty in team-based research. The workshop will explore and test digitall
 y fabricated structures as responsive systems to the nature of the riv
 er’s delta. PARAMETRIC techniques and tools will be introduced to t
 he students during the workshop.\nThe liquid barrier of the river will
  be used as a material to rearticulate the urban fabric, integrating a
 rchitectural and urban scales. The immense size and force of the river
  fuses the city grid with its liquid state to generate a ‘WATER/CITY
