Dji naza-m lite manual

I have an DJI F450 with Naza M Lite fitted and it's getting a little boring flying around in the limited GPS mode so I swtched it to Atti mode but it didn't seem to make a lot of difference. Switching to manual mode, the difference is blatantly and scarily obvious but I still don't understand the definitions between the 3 modes.
