Toyota automatic hubs need a two nut, plus a claw washer conversion kit to use manual hubs. My Warns have worked great for me and I have heard good things about stock hubs as well if you wanna go to the wrecker and pick up a set. But I think you need the adaptor kit either way to pre-load the wheel bearings. Save. Take the outer spindle nut off all the way, Repack the bearings (if desired) and install then new nut (w/pin, facing out) from the conversion nut package. Install the six new bolts that came with the kit and torque them down to 25-38 ft-lbs. Install the new spacer over the axle shaft and the new snap ring to hold it in place. After making sure the dial is on 4×2 and not 4×4, line up the gasket on the new cap. Take out the 6 Allen head bolts, pop off the cap, remove the snap ring on the axle stub shaft, take out the snap ring along the inside of the hub at near the edge and slide out the hub body.
