Hi All, we have just released Godzilla, a robot simulation plugin for Grasshopper. Join the Grasshopper group for more info; or download from food4rhino. This has lots of potential for CNC machining and other robotics fabrication applications, as setting up the robotic simulation iso no longer something complicated. I just joined the RhinoFabLab and this group.   I am very interested in connecting with others interested in cam/cnc fabrication.   I work withSwiss and German engineers fabricating primarily wood-framed structures using CNC lines from companies like Hundegger and cam software such as Cadwork.  Although we are a small company, we have decades of experience fabricating more than a 1,000 projects in 10 countries.  We are very interested in fabricating appropriate projects designed in Rhino and Grasshopper.

Here is a video showing our very technical process on a project we did in the Lake Tahoe region in California.  This makes very clear our obsession with cnc fabrication.

We also recently finished fabricating a 7,000 square foot passive house project which was assembled at the site in 6 days.   This project was designed to the very rigorous Passive House standard.

New to FABLAB, but very intrigued.  Looking to learn more about Rhino and Grasshopper.  Been using Rhino and Rhinocam for about 3yrs. and have no experience with Grasshopper.  I have a small business with Muticam CNC Router and love what I do.

Last one.  The handrail was continuous from the basement, up 2 flights of circular stairs and continued as a guardrail on the second floor.  Every transition was accomplished with miters.  This is just one example of using that combination of digital fabrication devices.
